I'm Nick Pindar
I’m a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA. As a 7-year survivor of both cancer and sepsis, I know firsthand the power of health, resilience, and starting again.
Fitness and nutrition have always been part of my life, passed down from my father and uncle. When COVID hit, I saw just how vital at-home fitness really is, especially as so many of us shifted to working from home.Â
As a husband and father of three, my mission is to help people build strength, energy, and confidence through an approach to fitness and nutrition that actually fits real life.Â
