At True Form Fitness & Nutrition my mission is simple: make fitness and nutrition easier, more consistent, and more sustainable for everyday people.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to start a new program, search for the “perfect plan,” or try to balance workouts with family, work, and life. That’s why I created True Form Foundations — a step-by-step 6-month plan designed to get you back on track without the guesswork.

Who I Am

My name is Nick and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I started True Form Fitness & Nutrition to help people just like you:
• Stop starting over every Monday
• Find at-home workouts that actually build strength and confidence
• Simplify grocery shopping and supplements so you can fuel your body without confusion

I am not here to sell you a fad or a quick fix. I am here to give you the structure you need to stay consistent and see results you can maintain.
